the demateo family: monday mini-session

In these past couple of weeks I have been able to spend more time with the DeMateo Family in their house for meetings, gatherings and times of prayer. This last week however, I was able to spend some more intimate time with with them and their kids documenting their growth and relationships since the last time we were able to take pictures together at the Brookfield Zoo. This for me made the house feel more like a home. Although frigid outside, it was a beautiful sunny day and so we were able to relax, jump around and play on Matt and Sarah's bed. What a fun time it was to see the kids personalities come alive and to celebrate their tender love for one another. Matt and Sarah, you guys are such wonderful parents. It has been so cool to see your prayers for each of your children come to life in God's timing. I pray that the Lord continues to bless your home as a space not only for the larger community to experience God's love, but also for your immediate family as you nurture and grow your hearts little and big.
