the tsan family: family portrait shoot

I was delighted when I got an email from the Tsan family a few weeks ago letting me know that their family had since expanded from our last family photo session together and that they would love to have another family photo shoot! Their daughter Evy had previously been just under a year old during our last session together and was now almost three years old and a proud big sister of Wesley! Evy still possessed her exploratory and curious personality and Wesley was nothing but smiles. It was so clear that these two kids were covered in kisses, patience, and stories, and that they are so blessed to grow up in a beautiful home filled with love and joy. What a privilege to celebrate this season in their family's life and may God continue to bless this home and these children in such formative years on their life. Praise God and happy almost birthday Wesley!

baby emma: newborn shoot

This past Monday, six days after her birth, I had the joy of celebrating the addition of Miss Emma Madison to the Buehler family! What a precious little gift who not only is the recipient of two amazing God serving parents, but also two excited, protective, and very gentle big brothers. Emma's first name comes from the word Emmanuel, which means "God with us". It is followed by her middle name Madison, which is the place in Wisconsin where not only Matt and Nicole met, fell in-love and got married, but also where they both felt God become real to them. This little girl is a long awaited answer-to-prayer in this family and I am so excited to see how God moves in and throughout our community in the form of this little one. Praise God for a safe delivery and congratulations Buehlers on your beautiful baby girl! Peace and rest to all, if at all possible :).

Last weekend I had the opportunity to get to know the Tsan Family and their adorable baby girl Evelyn! Evelyn will celebrate her first birthday in a matter of weeks, so it was only fitting to document her in this adorable and unique stage of her life; full of exploration, learning to walk and teething. Jeff and Susan wanted to celebrate this by taking pictures in the park where they pushed her in her stroller. Without skipping a beat, Evelyn directed us to her favorite landmarks and places to crawl. It is so clear that this little girl is very smart, deeply loved by both her parents and that she will grow up smothered in kisses and bedtime stories. Happy Birthday Evy, God bless your home and parents in these formative years.

antonio: senior portrait shoot

With the craziness of wedding season in sue, it was nice to be able to spend a Sunday afternoon with Antonio at the end of April to celebrate his soon to be graduation from Von Steuben High School. I cannot believe that he is already finishing his senior year and will be going off to college so soon! What an honor to be able to celebrate this with him and the rest of his family. Tony, we are all so proud of you and are excited for what the Lord has in store for you in the future! I pray that you continue to press, ask hard questions, and surround yourself with a positive and supportive community that will keep you on track to success  Know that you are loved by God and all of the Breakthrough family and that there will always be a place for you here when you come home.
